Bull City Coaches are available for private 1-on-1 coaching
in the Basic Barbell Lifts and Olympic Weightlifting.
Basic Barbell Training
If you are ready to focus on getting strong then our Basic Barbell Coaching is the right choice for you. Depending on your specific goals and training experience, your Coach will put you on a program designed to get you big and strong using elements of Mark Rippetoe’s Starting Strength, Jim Wendler’s 5-3-1, and/or Westside Barbell’s Conjugate Method. No previous weightlifting experience is necessary. We will teach you the basics of the lifts from step one and guide your through the first several weeks of your program.
Prepare for a local Olympic Weightlifting meet or simply improve your technique in the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. Our Coaches are USA Weightlifting Certified and have worked with Glenn Pendlay, Caleb Ward, and Wilkes Weightlifting. Sessions will be individually designed based on your current skill level and specific goals.
