Our Mission:

  • Be a coaching resource for those interested in barbell training and Olympic Weightlifting
  • Focus on developing strength and good movement, instead of physical aesthetics
  • Teach the fundamentals of strength and conditioning and establish their contribution to overall health and wellness
  • Celebrate the achievements of our athletes and inspire others to reach their strength potential
  • Promote the sport of Olympic Weightlifting and encourage athletes of all levels, male and female, to participate
